Unwanted Items
Providing the product is still in its original packaging, is unopened, and has not been used, we will issue you with a full refund.
This offer applies up to 7 days from receipt of your order. After the 7 day period from reciept, you may also exchange unused or unopened items within 30 days for an alternative item.
Refunds
Once we have received the product back we will aim to refund your money within 14 days.

To return an item, please wrap the product securely and enclose both your reciept, and a brief note regarding the reason for

Returning Lingerie & Clothing
We understand that you will need to try clothing on to see if it fits, but please keep on your underwear!! Unfortunately we cannot accept lingerie returns if you remove any labels or tags.
If you are unhappy with the product, please return it to us within 7 days for an exchange or refund.
Faulty or incorrect goods
Please contact us with your order number within 7 days if you find your goods to be faulty, or if we have made an error and incorrecctly sent you the wrong product.
